Our story
Why we only work with esthetics businesses
The Esthetics Agency was founded by Harley Shayna, a licensed esthetician who runs her own skin and waxing studio and a digital marketing agency. Building both, one thing became clear: most marketing agencies don’t understand this industry.
They don’t know why a client books a corrective facial series instead of a one-off service, how waxing demand shifts with the seasons, or why a lash artist’s rebooking rate matters more than her follower count. So they run generic campaigns and wonder why they don’t convert.
